Cybarian is a Warrior that stumbles upon the Sword of Ages and zaps him into a cyberpunk future. You have to battle through 4 levels loaded with platforming and futuristic enemies. Helicopters, enemies with swords and guns, disappearing platforms, blasts of fire, and at the end battle unique and epic bosses. As you beat each boss you unlock new abilities. Dodge rolls, and ability to throw swords being some of the unlocks.

There are three different skill levels. Easy you get eight hearts, Medium five, and hard you get all the abilities unlocked from the start. There are vending machines where you can buy hearts if you lose health. On Easy they are twenty coins, and forty on medium. The game is pretty challenging, The platforming aspects, really can be a challenge. It isn't overly difficult though, especially on easy. And almost all of the twenty one achievements and trophies can be unlocked on easy. You can probably get them all in under a hour. The toughest one probably being reach the first level boss on hard, but with all the abilities it's pretty simple really. Achievement and trophy hunters will love this like most Ratalaika games.

Let's talk about the look and sound a little bit. It has that SNES look to it. Really bright and colorful pixelart. I love how it looks, and I really enjoy the music, and the sounds. It really feels like a classic title. It has a lot of Mega-Man feels to it when it comes to the platforming, and boss fights. The Combat really reminded me of Strider.

I couldn't really find much negative to say about this. it is a little short is all I could say really, but at 4.99 you can't really complain to much. Is it for you though? I think so if your a Achievement or trophy hunter also if you love retro games. If you love a challenge this will also appeal to you. So give it a try, and let us know what you think. Love to hear from you.
Pros: Beautiful retro futuristic look
Classic sounds and music
Unique fun bosses and enemies
Fun challenging platforming
Easy and enjoyable Achievements and trophies
Cons: A little Short
Overall: 8.0 Another retro enjoyable title from the team at Ratalaika Games. Once again a easy trophy and gamer
score boost for the hunters out there.
