Rico is about the most fun I had playing a FPS since Rainbow Six Siege. It is of course a small indie game, but it delivers the action and fun like a huge AAA title. It's loaded from start to finish with enemies to plow through and random generated buildings. The buildings are full of bombs to cut the wires on, Computers to smash to open doors, piles of money to collect, Health and ammo galore to keep you going, and even wanted area bosses. You can pick between different characters that all unlock characteristics you can use and change every time you play. You don't see them because it's a FPS, but you can see your partner if in a COOP game. There is so many cool weapons to unlock from pistols like revolvers, to desert eagles, to silenced and auto ones. There is a ton of different rifles and shotguns as well. From Saiga 12s, to SCAR-L, even the classic AK47. It's so much fun when your finally able to purchase your favorite with the merits you collect as you complete objectives in levels.

The maps and game just looks great. It has a comic book Borderlands and Crackdown look and sometimes feel to it. The different variations of enemies just is very pleasing from guys swinging melee weapons at you like crowbars, to decked out in armor or masks for protection loaded down with powerful weapons just like yourself. The sounds are great as well. Rifles and shotguns sound realistic, people scream out and sound amazing, even the opening music and voice acting just really makes it feel like something special. I loved the look and sounds of the game as much as I enjoyed the gameplay. It all really blended together beautifully for chaos and destruction. Speaking of destruction even the environments are breakable. You will see wood shatter and fly as you run through a room just letting bullets fly. It looks really cool in bullet time, you get that by busting down a door you get a set amount of time to clear the room in slow motion. Its so fun watching all the action in slow motion. That is one of the favorite parts of the game to me

.
The game is loaded with different types of play like a Horde mode, campaign single or coop (online or offline), Training modes, and even new dailies that they keep your scores and times on a leaderboard It even shows you what platform they did it on as well. I can't say enough just how much I loved this game. I'd recommend it to anyone that like fast paced action and FPS. Especially those who love playing games with their friends and family as well. So if that sounds like you don't miss out on this one.

Pros: Tons of fast paced killing, and blowing shit up
Great looking gameplay and sounds
Tons of unlockables and weapons
Never feels the same random generated areas
Tons of gamestyles
Online and Offline COOP
Cons: Experienced Campaign restarting glitch once
Overall 8.5 A MUST OWN for all fans of FPS, and COOP games. If you have a friend that loves blowing guys and stuff up as much as you do get them to grab it to. A Blast I can' say it enough, I loved my time with Rico.
