King Oddball

King Oddball is a physics puzzler, sort of like Angry Birds where you objective is to throw objects at tanks, and other military vehicles and soldiers. You have a limited number of items to throw, to complete your objective or you will have to restart. It is quite challenging at times, but usually if you keep at it you will either get lucky or figure it out. It is a really fun game in spurts. It will keep you busy for hours. There are a ton of levels, then you have challenge levels, and even a hidden world, to discover so the replay value is there. It can become very repetitive though so recommend playing it, off and on instead of trying to beat it all in one sitting.
There is also a fun boss fight once you have cleared every section, would have liked to seen a boss for each section just to mix things up a little bit. This is our second game reviewing of theirs and we enjoyed this one, about the same as the first one. A lot of content for a low price, so if your looking to not spend a ton, but want to play something that will keep you busy, this is it. You will enjoy if your a fan of the puzzle genre.
The art and design is simple, the music is fun fits right into the scheme of things. overall it is just a quality little indie game. So glad we have been getting a lot of these on the One. The AAA games have been kind of let downs, but all the arcade games have been a blast. Current generation consoles have been putting together a much better group of indie arcade games then last gen. So you have had tons of options like on Steam. And developers like these have got to show off their art a lot more, and have kept the weekly releases a lot more interesting. Do yourself a favor , and check them out you could be missing out on some fun games like this one.
