At first Ultimate Racing 2D doesn't look like a whole lot if seeing it from the outside looking in. If you've looked at screenshots you might not think that there is much content. When you actually fire it up like a engine, you realize that its loaded fun. There are over 45 different tracks to play on. So many different shapes, and backgrounds. It really is a treat to look at, surprises you just how visually pleasing each one is. The tracks aren't the only thing you get a ton of choices with. There are over 35 classes of vehicle as well. Everything from Karts, to Muscle, Indy, Stock as well as off the wall hilarious stuff like Limos, Forklifts, and Police cars. Over 300 plus cars to actually choose from.
Everything in Ultimate Racing 2D is about choice though. Choose the tracks you play in career, choose your team, choose the laps just everything you can think of is there and there to be customized to play the way you want to play. Do you want Boosts? Do you want to Qualify for position or not? It is all up to you. Even can custom the teams. Just so many options are available here. Speaking of options. There are many of play styles as well. You can play career, quick play, multiplayer, and coin races. All of these you can set up just the way you want as well. Multiplayer is up to 20 people online, and is complete chaos. I love it cars piled up every where in most cases. Coin racing you make money when you win, and use it to advance to the next class of vehicle. It is great for people who want replay and unlocks for replay value. Going to take a long time to unlock all those cars, but if you don't want to wait to use them just play Quick play and have them all there from the start. What ever you want to do you can with Ultimate Racing 2D you can, and that is why I enjoyed it so much.

It might not be for everyone though. There are a lot of one dimensional gamers out there, and graphics snobs who might take one glance, and say not for me. I know this, but I also know there are a lot of you who loved playing classics like Super Off Road so you are probably looking for something like this in the current generation of gaming, and it's right here for you. It has all the same look and feel, but with a current Gen boost. It's super easy on the eyes, and every car handles, feels, and sounds unique. It really inspires you to try them all. I wish I had more time to play it today, but I'm loaded with reviews. I'll get back to it though when things slow down a bit. It is one of those games I see you coming back to a lot over time. It's always going to have more things to unlock, and more things to try you couldn't with previous sit downs with it.
So give it a try, and let us know what you think. Seems like no ones really reads these or plays any of these or they just don't respond. I hope that changes I love reviewing these games, and would love to hear what more people think. Hopefully soon that starts to happen, it get a little uninspiring see little to no response on here. At least we get great games to play, that helps a lot. This is what one of those games we certainly enjoyed, and think you will to so check it out.
