Pizza Ninja Girl is a Side scrolling runner, where you have a limited time to deliver a pizza. That being said it is far more than that. Pizza Ninja girl is a serious game about a 16 year old girl battling things that 16 year old girls battle. Self doubt, depression, trying to fit in, and weird guys in their underwear true story. Most of all though Bullying. Pizza Ninja Girl takes a serious look into this side of things, and its truely beautiful that they do. So many game developers are out there to make a game, to make a buck. These guys you can tell put their hearts and souls into this one, and made a title expressing how they feel, while hoping to reach people that needed help. It is a beautiful thing, and it is a beautiful game. It feels good to come across something like this, when dealing with so many games over and over that you feel had a chance to deliver a message, and just fell short of it. While these messages are being driven home, it doesn't take anything away from the story. It stays charming and comical through out. I usually don't like comic style cut scenes and feel animation just feels better, but this is probably the best comic style cut scenes I have seen in a game. Especially while being so short and sweet about it. This game was a family project, about parents and their feelings about their daughters emotions and battles. It truely shines thru and you see and feel it the entire journey.
Now on to the game. It is so much fun. Your trying to deliver pizzas before they get cold. The levels are challenging but not overly difficult. It remains fun. They also make the games difficulty custom so it fits your ability, and doesn't punish you for doing so. You run a long the rooftops battling the clock, and a fellow ninja pizza company filled with employees with terrible personalities. They pretty much insult you, your entire journey while hitting you, and throwing things at you in true bully fashion. What is really cool is it actually effects your mood, and makes the game more difficult. You can all though purchase cool things to cheer you up like Gemma's hand made outfits. They are a ton to unlock, and there are actually ton of unlockables period. Some of the cooler ones are things in the Swag section that changes the game play. Big Head Mode, Double jump, even first person mode. The best in our opinion though was the motivational mode where your enemies don't attack, and even finally offer compliments to you while you play. It really makes going back trying to 100% the game so much more simple.
The art of the game is pretty good, bright and colorful, and the music isn't to bad either. It all fits perfectly with the idea in this game. It all delivers in giving you a fun mission, with funny and important message. it also delivers a lot of amazing characters, and tons of replay value. I see this game taking over hours of your time, and it is very much deserving of that. I really have nothing negative to say about this game at all everything is spot on from the story, to the controls, to the music and animation. A truely great surprise . If you need to escape life awhile, and dive head first into a title that is sure to make you feel emotional, and fill your day with happiness, grab this game. If life is really hard, and your facing problems that are to much to handle, and feel alone reach out to some one. You are never alone , as much as you may feel it at times. People care. If your spending to much time trying to impress people with no results, your trying to impress the wrong people. Your special, don't give up. I'm not gonna go into Pros and Cons on this one, because I have nothing but positive things to say. Im just gonna give it a very deserving overall score of:

Overall: 8.8 A truely inspiring, and wonderful story about a teenage girl, and her difficult and uplifting moments in life, while doing her job of delivering pizzas for her family shop.
