Dark Souls 3

Dark Souls 3

Been playing this game non-stop for days now, wanted to uncover almost everything about the game, and really give it the time a Souls game deserves before reviewing it. I would say have almost 2 days of actual playing time put into it, actually beat it the first time with a little over a day put in and no walkthrough or summons. Its hard to say it is the hardest Souls because I struggled so much with the first game in the series, but that was when it was all new to me. With two Souls games and a Bloodborne under my belt now it seemed a little easier though in my opinion.. All though some of the Boss fights were the most treacherous I've ever encountered, especially the "Nameless" he kicked my butt a few times before I got down his technique. Some of the enemies though just feel like your being invaded, From Software did an amazing job at making the enemies more fluid and skilled. You can't get set in a pattern cause they change their attacks, making it ever so interesting once you think you got a bosses pattern down.
The game looks beautiful, the areas all feel like the games before them all of the Lore is there. You even return to a couple amazing places from the first game. A lot of the same enemies return, but plenty of amazing new faces as well. The maps are riddled with traps, that make every step a chance of death.
The music is just epic, maybe the best so far. Loved the soundtrack to this game. The sounds are brilliant once again. The weapons, Armour, and Shields are just spectacular and plentiful, and the ways you go about finding them all adds hours and hours of fun to the game play. That is the thing about Dark Souls after you beat it , you just want more and more you can't stop like most games. You want to find what you missed, and with this one you can't wait to dive into the multiplayer. Dark souls 3 hands down has the best multiplayer of any game before it. It was brilliantly designed to make sure this game is played over and over until From Software brings us more goodness, and probably still long after that. People ask me is it the best in the franchise, and I have a hard time saying which is best. I love all of their titles. It is without a doubt another masterpiece from these guys. I know I haven't been able to tun it off much.
